I have always painted and drawn Portraits from my earliest days in art school. Human expression offers endless possibilities.  Many of the portraits shown in this selection came from a series of black and white paintings on sanded birch panel. They are portraits of my friends, family and other artist friends in residency at ArtCenter/SouthFlorida, and of course my children, Ryan and Erin, that I have painted many times through their lives.
